Tonight was our first time trying Milk and Honey. We had reservations and were seated right away. Our server Keondre was pleasant and attentive (thank you). The Cajun Seafood pasta was good and a nice size portion. The gumbo was OK but we are a creole family so IYKYK The only suggestion I would have is for the owner to consider serving trays so staff do not burn their hands carrying the hot food. All in all, this is a nice change for the community. Welcome to Waldorf!
I have lived in Maryland for 8 years! This is by far the best Brunch Restaurant .Its worth the wait! The food was so delicious, I wanted to order something to take home but didn’t want to over do my self! I love the atmosphere! The entire staff was extremely nice! My food was so good! I haven’t found a place that serve real eggs .. the eggs that were served to me were to die for! The biscuits melts in your mouth! Everything taste like the cook personally loves you. Best place in Waldorf to eat! I will be back multiple times a week!
After about a 2 hours wait, I finally received a table. The food came out really quick. It was pretty and good. However, I like my chicken with a bone, so I'm sure it's chicken. These thighs do not have a bone. The waffles were cooked to perfection. I was going to order catfish to go, but my neighbor ordered catfish and it wasn't catfish. It looked like swai or cod just heavily breaded whatever it was. She sent it back and specifically requested catfish. The server did as requested.
The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. The DJ was playing some smooth tunes that gave a feeling of a lounge scene! They ran out of hot sauce but the manager rectified the issue quickly by sliding down to Giant a few doors down to grab a few bottles. We ordered the Honey Old Bay Wings as an appetizer and they were prepared perfectly. The Fish and Grits is a must try…sooo flavorful. We can’t wait until the bar is serving alcoholic beverages which will highlight this intimate spot. Welcome to Waldorf Milk and Honey! We’ll see you soon!
I was so happy to hear that Milk & Honey was going to my community in Waldorf, Maryland. It is now open, and I got to visit the establishment on day 2. The decorum is beautiful and inviting. I enjoyed The Wharf Scramble, which features scrambled eggs, lightly spiced shrimp, spinach, kale, and avocado. It was amazing. I also enjoyed their famous biscuits and a sip of their delicious mock mojito. I highly recommend that you give this place a visit.
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. Our server Shaniqua was kind, attentive and very friendly. This was my first time experiencing Milk & Honey and I was not disappointed. I got Chef Sammy’s Shrimp & Grits and it was phenomenal. It was flavorful, and the shrimp & grits were cooked to perfection with a well seasoned sauce. We also appreciated the spirit free menu since we do not drink anymore. This is one of the few restaurants we been to with a great selection of spirit free beverages. We will definitely will be back.
I enjoyed my first experience at Milk & Honey in Waldorf. The ambiance was beautiful as well as welcoming. We were greeted & seated immediately. The hostess was pleasant & friendly. Our server was Keith, a wonderful young man whose energy matched his smile. Keith was extremely engaging, suggestions were informative & turned out delicious. We enjoyed the homemade biscuits, Honey Old Bay wings, Deviled fried eggs & Cajun pasta with blackened chicken. Honestly there wasn't a complaint to be made. The staff appeared to take pride in serving hot, delicious food & amazing drinks. The experience was a solid 9.5 My day was wonderful because this visit set the tone of my day. I will be back & anyone looking for delicious food... This is the place to be!
